K is for Kites!

K is for Key and Kangaroo, and King and Koala and Kites too!!

This week our momstown Alphabet Craft at Chapters in Barrie was based on the letter K. WIth the cool windy weather, I thought making a kite would be a good fit.

There were lots of kids ready to get down to making a craft and they had fun getting it done!

With lots of coloured tissue paper squares to choose from the kids got creative decorating their kite!

I never ceases to amaze me how much kids love glue. No matter what they are making, pouring on boat loads of glue seems to make them happy!

It w

as no different with the kites, but once they added all their coloured tissue paper, you would never know!!

It was a great morning and so fun to see how much these little people can concentrate on a craft when they are having fun!
